I’m filing for divorce and my ex is filing our taxes jointly. Can I review the taxes before she submits it? How? She won’t give me her login.

If they submit the taxes without your review then they are fraudulently attesting that you signed and reviewed the return. I would recommend they print out the taxes for your review before submission. You are entitled to a copy of the taxes that have your name and SSN.

You can still file a tax return if so choose to.  Please see a similar discussion which explains this option.   Although in your case, you may be able to e-file if she has not yet filed the joint return yet.
