When using the "Online" software, you have to start from scratch and create an entirely new account, with a new UserID and Password.

DO NOT use your account...that would overwrite your own data and make you tax file totally unrecoverable/unreadable/unprintable.

Write down the USerID and Passwd you do create.....you, or the person you are helping.....y'all will forget it or lose track of it if you don't.
