I'm claiming my daughter on my taxes this year but she had twin babies if I claim them this year will it affect her next year when she files on her own

No it will not as each tax year stands on it's own. If they are all your dependents for 2022 then they are yours to claim.

Every tax year is filed independent of the next year.

If you claim your daughter and her babies this year, it will not affect her ability to claim her twins the next year.
