I'm being asked for information for a 1095-A. I don't have a 1095-A. I have a 1095-B and a 1095-C. Why am I being asked for information that I don't have?

They should be giving you the opportunity to say you did not receive the 1095-A. If there is a form being generated on the return which is causing filing problems, then you will be able to delete the form. Here is a link with detailed instructions on deleting a form.  delete a form on turbo tax

If your return is being rejected with error F8962-070, it is an indication that someone shown on your tax return (taxpayer, spouse, or a dependent) is in the IRS database as having been covered by Marketplace insurance at some point during 2021, and Form 1095-A is required to be entered for that Marketplace insurance.

If you do not have or did not think you needed Form 1095-A, please contact your state's Marketplace insurance to confirm whether anyone in your household was covered.  Once you can confirm this, please come back and share that information here.
