I'm at the screen "We just need your OK on a couple of things". Can I proceed from here without signing either option?

It depends on what the signature is needed for. Is it giving you the option to opt out of signing?

No it's not giving me the option to opt out even though the FAQ for both options indicate that I do not have to opt in to file my taxes.

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser

I have the same problem so I switched browsers and it still doesn't give me the option to opt out. I'm assuming I can just bypass it and go straight to filing.
