I'm a US citizen residing overseas without a US credit card. How do I pay for TurboTax? It won't accept family's cc, because billing address doesn't match tax return.

You need a debit or credit card to pay for the online version of TurboTax. You can could enter your parent's address on your tax return to get the payment processed, and then change it to your address before you e-file the tax return.
