I'm a teacher, and worked from home for 2 1/2 months in the spring and 8 weeks this fall. What are things that I can look at deducting from my 2020 taxes as a result?

Can I deduct things like internet, electricity, physical items like a desk/lamp? What else?

Most teachers are W-2 employees.  W-2 employees cannot deduct any job-related expenses -- the tax laws that changed for 2018 and beyond eliminated job-related expenses as a deduction on your federal return if you are a W-2 employee.  Your state may have a different rule for your state return.

As a teacher K - 12 (950 hours/yr), you are entitled to deduct up to $250 from your AGI for things you spend from your funds that are for your students.
