Hi,

Try to take a picture of your license with your cell phone. Then, email the picture to yourself so that the picture is now in your computer and you can add it to your IRS account online. I hope that works!

If you wish to e-file, you will need to enter the information from your driver's license or state ID. You do not need to send a picture.
