I lost contact with the specialist .

You will have to initiate another call.  We have no ability from the user forum to help you connect to the Live CPA's.

You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from  5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday - Friday.
