I've tried following the instructions from the how to install with Windoes 10 guidelines but when I browse to the CD drive it doesn't read the TurboTax CD. I have not had this issue in prior years. Your recommended solutions isn't working What other recommendations do you have to lkoad the program

Where the form
asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to
indicate "CD/download" and the proper operating system, then indicate
which Edition.
