I lived in Nevada in 2017 and received annuity. Spouse lived 7 months in Arkansas and drew Social Security not taxed in Arkansas. Would I pay taxes for Arkansas?

No you would not be required to file an Arkansas tax return if you had no Arkansas income. Arkansas allows you to file separate from your spouse even if you filed a joint federal return.
