I lived in 2 states in 2019. Must I divide my dividends between the two?

I lived in NJ for 9 months and moved to PA. I am showing my ordinary dividends in full in NJ and would like to show $0 for PA. Is that allowed?

3/4 should be in NJ and 1/4 in PA.
