Yes, you may be able to deduct sales taxes and portions of your registration fees on these vehicles.    For registration fees, go through the interview "Cars and other things you own" under the Deductions and Credits tab. 

For the sales tax deduction, please go through the sales tax interview under ''Estimates and Other Taxes Paid'', also under the Deductions and Credits tab.
