I live in Georgia and filed an extension for my 2016 taxes. Because of Hurricane Irma, I am allowed more time to file. Will Turbotax show a penalty if I file in Nov?

Turbotax does not add late filing penalties even if they are owed. They are added by the IRS based on when your return is received and by how much you owed, and the IRS bills you. If you have extra time because of Irma the IRS will recognize your zip code so you should not be billed for a late filing penalty.
