I live in a co-op and pay maintenance monthly which goes toward the building's mortgage. Do I select "We co-own this loan with someone and only pay a portion of it?"

Or do I select "None of these apply?"  I did receive a 1098 and my social security number is on the document under Payer's/ Borrower's taxpayer id no.

Since the Form 1098 applies only to your share of the mortgage, you do not select "We co-own this loan with someone...".  That is for a situation such as when a non-married couple co-own a home, each files as single, but they only have one Form 1098.
