I left US as J1 and my employer send my W-2 into my HR Platform which I lost the access. I can't get any answer from them till now. If there any way for me to get my W2?

Not sure if you got an answer for them or not...("till now...")...but I had the same situation, though I haven't left the U.S. Mine was a contracting agency, I simply wrote to the payroll/HR dept and asked them to send me a pdf, which they did the next day. Since all U.S. employers are required by law to supply you with a W2 on demand, they have to make these available. If you have no more payroll/HR contacts saved anywhere you have some research in front of you but...good luck.
