I keep seeing "Something unexpected happened and we can’t connect to Capital One. Try again in a few hours. (4000)"

I tried incognito mode, deleted the Capital one account and added one..

The TurboTax Capital One error 4000, something happened and we can't connect to Capital One usually indicates a temporary server communication failure between Capital One and Intuit. This can be caused by high traffic. Waiting 24 hours usually resolves this connectivity issue.

I wait for 100+ hours and tried today, same error!

As a software engineer, I believed there is a bug in the Turtotax integration with Capital One. Sadly the issue is never fixed (multiple Reddit post complained this as well).

How are we suppose to accurately complete our taxes with deductions when this is a backend IT issue that refuses to get rectified.
