I keep getting the same page. I can login to turbotax. But once I try to start my return, a page says "Opps, Sorry something went wrong" Turbotax app, Chrome an Firefox.

I have deleted history and catch on Chrome. I downloaded Firefox only to try Turbotax. I downloaded the app. It seems it is linked to my account somehow. Once I login, it loads up the summary from last year that says something about importing last year's tax info. I click "get started" and that's when the error pops up on both browsers and app. The app was just downloaded a few days ago. Been like this for 3 days now. Any help?
