If you have an efile rejection, you do not have to pay again after you fix it to resubmit the efile.
Check your card account. If you were indeed charged a second time, you can phone TurboTax Support. See the FAQ that TurboTax KatrinaLO provided above.

If you provide the rejection error code, someone may comment on that particular kind of rejection here. Or you can get help from Support if you have to phone them anyway about charges.
