I keep getting reject on my 2022 efile w turbo bc I didn't file last year 2021 I had to mail it in but my 2022 keeps getting rejected ?

If you did not file a 2021 tax return then you do not have an AGI for 2021----so use zero.    If it is asking for a five digit PIN, that is a self-selecting number you make up for yourself.   If it is asking for a six digit PIN---that is because you said the IRS issued a six digit PIN to you to prevent identity theft.

If you have a 6 digit PIN issued to you by the IRS you need to enter it in order to e-file.  Go to Federal>Other Tax Situations>Other Return Info>Identity Protection PIN and enter the six-digit PIN.

Why do you need to start over?  Since you already tried to file I don't think it will let you start over.  You can fix whatever you need to change or add.
