If your tax return was accepted by the IRS and you're able to check the status on Where's My Refund then nothing else should be required by you.

It is possible that you have two different TurboTax accounts connected to your ID and the email saying action is required is from another account. If you need to find an account, our account recovery tool can help you find your User IDs or passwords associated with any given email or phone number.
