I keep getting a rejection on my tax return reason being form 8862. to fix form i have followed the directions on turbo tax to fill out form 8862 but its still rejected

Rejection reason being form 8862 I do not know what to do at this point because I have searched form 8862 hit jump to 8862 and followed all prompts
