i am having same issue.   verifed AIG was correct from my forms from last year.  TurboTax imported the 2019 AIG correctly.

I tried a third time and entered 0 as AGI and Fed accepted my return.

This means that the paper return i mailed in late March of 2020 for tax year 2019 has not be processed.

This also, explains why my late mother received a stimulus check--they have not processed the 2018 and 2019 paper returns.

 

I have read on social media post, where the IRS has about 12 million of the paper forms waiting to be processed.  How inefficient!
