I just purchased the 2017 tax form for self employed for 120$ I cannot figure out how to file my taxes and I’ve already payed for the service

If you purchased software for 2017 it is desktop software which you have to download to your own computer.  You then update the software and open the program on your own computer to prepare the tax return, which will have to be printed, signed and mailed when you have it ready.

The only possible way to file a prior year return with TurboTax is to purchase the CD/Desktop version of the software at https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/ then download it and install it on your computer. Make ******SURE***** you click the "File 2017 Taxes" link first. Otherwise, if you purchase the program for the wrong tax year, you own it.

Note that TurboTax Business (different from Home & Business) can not be used in any way, form or fashion to complete a personal 1040 tax return. It can only be used to complete a tax return for a non-living, non-breathing, separately taxable entity such as a C-Corp, S-Corp, Estate or Trust. Additionally, TurboTax Business is for the Windows operating system *ONLY*. It is not and never will be available for any other operating system or mobile device.

All other versions of TurboTax can be installed on Windows or MAC just fine. If using a MAC, read the system requirements BEFORE you pay for it. Newer versions of the program will flat out not work on older versions of the MAC operating system.
