I just paid my state filling price, will it be fill automatically or will I need to mail it myself, because I didn't even download the file

Paying your fee does not file your tax return. You either have to e-file it by going all the way to the big orange button that says "Transmit my return now" or you have to print, sign and mail it yourself. TurboTax does not mail it for you.

I interpret your question to say that you did not download the Turbotax State File. If that is correct then Turbotax didn't guide you through the questions it needed to fill in your state tax forms. You will have to go back and download the state file and proceed from there.
