I just ordered an upgrade and there is no download, What is the deal?

Ordered today - [PII]. When I check the status of my order it doesn't say how or when it was to be delivered.  I love Turbo Tax but I am not a happy customer at this moment.  It has not been downloaded.  I feel cheated and stressed.

You are asking from TT Online. There is no download per se.

I don't want the community to answer.  I want Turbo Tax to tell me how and when the upgrade will be delivered.  Is this so complicated.  Why can't they answer.  I am their customer.  Why did I pay them for something they are not delivering.

The upgrade on the ONLINE program immediate ... you will see the name change under the TT logo right away ... there is nothing to download or be delivered.
