You do not register your bank account in TurboTax.

When completing your 2019 tax return, in the File section of the program on Step 2, either for a Direct Deposit or a Direct Debit, you enter the bank routing and account numbers.

If you have already filed the 2019 tax return, the bank information cannot be changed.
