I just got out of jail since last Feb. '19. I did not file 2018 taxes, which I only made $516.75. Is there a way to file for free?

Are you asking about filing 2018 return? If your income was only just above $500 in 2018 you do not need to file a 2018 tax return.

Or are you asking about filing a 2019 return?
