I just finished preparing my taxes, was about to file and realized I did it all in an old account. Can I transfer all that work to the right account or must i start over?

No, you would not be able to transfer your information from one account to another. If you want to keep all of your information in one account, you would need to start over in the account you want to use. You would need to make sure you log in to TurboTax using the same User ID each time. A different User ID is a different account in TurboTax.
