I just filed my taxes using premier live, but I did not know how to use it and I got charged 200 dollars can I cancel? Plus my file return was rejected.

The fee for TurboTax is a fee to use the software to prepare your return, it is not an e-file fee.

If you have already submitted your tax return, then there is no refund.
