Yes, you need to file your Form 1120S.  The penalties for not filing a Form 1120S when required are substantial.  The forms that you would have filled out with the self-employed program are not the correct forms for an S corp. 

You won't be able to directly transfer your work from the self-employed program.  You will have to start over with the TurboTax Business program to fill out the proper forms.  You can find the link to purchase the business program below -
