I just completed filing my 2019 federl taxes and i did not have the estimbted tax fors when I printed my return. I always get them and I did get ones for the state

The program may have not automatically included the estimated vouchers in your profile because 1) you did not have a balance due. 2) you are getting a refund, or 3) your tax liability for the following year will not require estimated tax payments.

You can generate the estimated tax vouchers within the TurboTax program.

To calculate estimated payments, please follow these steps:

1. Click on Federal Taxes > Other Tax Situations

2. Click on the Start/Revisit box next to Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes.

3.Click the No box on the screen Adjust How Much Tax You Pay [This is for withholding from a paycheck.]

4. Click the Prepare Now box on the Estimated Taxes for 2020
5. Click on the Yes  Review Your Estimates for 2020

This stinks!!!!!! I just want to print vouchers for 2020 estimated STATE taxes, and cannot find a way within Turbo Tax itself!!! I am getting a state refund for 2019 BECAUSE I paid estimated taxes.  If I don't pay estimated Illinois taxes for 2020 I will get PENALTIES!!! So why can't I just specify an amount and get vouchers printed??????
