I just completed an extension for my wife and I. The paperwork it had me download afterwards only has my name on it is that normal?

It's normal to see only the primary taxpayer's information on the printed form from TurboTax but the extension covers both spouses when you file a joint return.  (Even if you left off one spouse entirely by accident - as long as you file a joint return, the extension covers both regardless)
