I installed windows 11 since I downloaded turbo tax 2021. Now I cannot open turbo tax 2021. How do I fix this?

When I last try to open the program, it routinely uploaded the most recent update.  I haven't been able to do anything else with it since.

Very Few people have any experience with the problems that might be introduced by a Windows 11 upgrade.

Your best bet would be to call Customer Support, and see if their Tech people have encountered this and know what to do.  (way back when I upgraded from W-8.1 to W10, any TTX years already installed continued to work seamlessly, but 10-to-11 ...who knows) .

I haven't updated to WIndows 11 yet. But in my experience with past updates from Win 7 to 8, then to 8.1 and then to 10, it was necessary to simply uninstall and re-install a number of programs after the upgrade, for them to work properly. This was most notable with third party programs such as TurboTax.
