I installed Turbo Tax yesterday and began using. I shut down my PC last night and today Turbo Tax will not reopen.

Installed yesterday, ran OK. Today will not start. When I click the Turbo Tax icon it flashes on the screen, disappears, and doesn't load. Thanks for starting the conversation.
