Not quite true.

On or about March 2, TurboTAX, with IRS's permission, will let you affirmatively skip the Healthcare section.

IRS may still contact you later about this (although how likely that is is unclear).

I have already answered some questions. How do I clear the health section? Won't be sending in taxes until way after March 2nd.
