If you've filed your tax return, it has been "accepted" (or it is in the mail, if you chose to paper file), and if you requested your tax refund be mailed to a valid mailing address, then yes, you should be all set. All that is required of you now is patience, while the government processes your refund check. Note that this will be true for your state refund as well, if you live in a state with an income tax.
If you have not yet clicked the final e-file button in TurboTax, and received a screen message that your tax return has been transmitted, then you should continue with the TurboTax process until you do. Or, if you are choosing to mail your tax return, then make sure you have a printed copy of it physically in hand, and that you send it.
One thing you can do, for your own peace of mind, after filing, is to follow the progress of your tax return as it is being processed. For that, you can visit the IRS.gov website "Where's My Refund." A courtesy link to that webpage is provided below:

If a state tax return is applicable to you, your own state department of revenue most likely has a similar state-level webpage. You should be able to find it through a simple internet search.
Thank you for asking this question, and for using TurboTax.
