 Since  you mailed in your Federal return, it can be delayed.\Dring Covid-19 the IRS was closed & they were not processing mailed in returns.  They have recently started processing mailed in returns & they are very backed up.  It can take awhile for your return to show in their system.  TurboTax does not get any updates regarding the processing of your return or when you will receive your refund.

The IRS has not processed paper tax returns for several months due to the pandemic and lack of staffing.  They have only just recently started to process approximately 11 million paper tax returns in the order received.

If you did mail in the return as directed then you have a long wait this year ... paper returns are taking 5 months or more to process due to the covid shutdown.  They are now digging out from millions of envelopes and until they get to yours you will have to be patient.  Check the IRS site once a week until you see progress.
