I haven't received my major w2. I was told the TurboTax can see it or import it? is this correct? It's with a govt job

Please clarify "Government Job". Which agency or service? TurboTax can't access anything you can't get on your own ...

Your employer was required to have your W-2 at least on its way to you by January 31st. If you did not receive it, I would contact them for a duplicate W-2, or ask if they are holding it for you for some reason, such as if it was sent back to them as undeliverable. 

I would verify that your mailing address on file with them is correct so that you receive mailings from them in the future.

You can import W-2 information into TurboTax, but it requires information from the W-2, such as the value in Box 1 and the Control Number in Box D.
