I haven't filed taxes in 2015. I got a w2 and my income was around $1500. The taxes withheld were nothing. Do I have to now file my taxes for 2015?

Will not filing taxes in 2015 effect me in anyway? Is it compulsory? If so, please let me know

No, if your total wages received in 2015 is about $1500, or self employment business net profit at least $400, you are not required to file a tax return.
