I haven't entered my tax info or my husbands tax info and it won't let me pass this point it has the buffering symbol and nothing is happening is something wrong?

It appears that you may be in a loop. To resolve this issue clear your cookies and your cache on your computer.

After clearing the data, close your browser and reopen your return. You should not have any further issues once you log back in.
