I have "worthless stock" from a ESPP in 2015, officially No Longer Traded as of May 2016. I am looking to pair against ordinary income, how do I enter this in TT?

The sale will be shown in the Investments section of TurboTax.

When the stock became worthless will be the sales date, and the sales price will be $0.  The purchase will be date you were given access to the stock and the purchase will be was was given for the stock.

When you sell stock acquired via an employer stock incentive program your basis for the sale is the sum of:

Any amount you paid to receive the stock, which might be $0, plus
Compensation income created either by the acquisition or sale of the stock
