The 2023 desktop tax data file cannot be transferred to the 2023 TurboTax online tax return.

If you have prepared your tax return on the family computer using the CD/download, why are you looking for a way to file it using online TurboTax? That cannot be done. Did other family members already use up the five federal e-files? That is an IRS limit. If they have filed 5 federal returns already then any extra returns need to be filed by mail.
