if you have taxes taken out for multiple states that would all be shown in the boxes for line 15
since your new state doesn't have an income tax, there would be nothing on line 15
that line should show the state, state wages and state withholding.
hopefully the states wages only reflect those paid while a resident of the first state.

No, amount on line 15 is total for entire year. I have the information to separate but do I enter in Turbptax?
You should enter your W-2 from the way it is on paper. If you have two state lines, enter them as two lines. If you only have one, just enter the one.
When you do your state returns you will need to do a part year return for each state. In the state return, you will be asked to separate your income from each state.
