if paid over $600 by any one, they should have furnished you with a 1099. their failure does not relieve you of the responsibility to report your income and expenses. use whatever records you have to reconstruct the amounts to be reported - check stubs, bank statements. if you don't have records then you can call the agencies or just guess. should the IRS audit you, be prepared for a rough going because they can require you to produce bank statements, credit card statements and other documents that you would have obtain from the source.
for 2020 keep records.
