I have W2 wages that I entered, but TurboTax says I have no Earned Income. I think I qualify for Earned income credit because the wages were below the maximum.

You should delete the W-2 and re-enter manually. After the W-2 is completely entered and you have answered the follow-up screens and do not have another W-2 to you will land on the Wages & Income screen. The amount that you entered in box 1 of the W-2 should be shown in the 2023 column for the W-2.

After you re-enter your W-2 information, you should see the total on the Job (W-2) line of your income and expense summary. See screenshot below (click to enlarge).
