I have w2 income of 200,000 in 2021. I incurred losses in trading that exceed 200k. would filing as trader bring my total income eligible for Biden student loans?

Sorry ... you are too late to use the mark to market option ... that election had to be made by by 4/15/2020 for the 2021 tax year.
