I have used TurboTax for years. When logging in to begin 2021 taxes today, all personal information is gone for all family members! What is going on? Is it recoverable?

I only have one email address, I do not have multiple TurboTax accounts.

Even though you only use one email address, it is still possible that you have an additional account. You can check to see if you may have multiple Intuit accounts by following the steps in the below help article.

I followed these instructions, and confirmed that I only have one account. All personal information for my husband, myself, and my daughter are still missing, requiring me to enter it all again. I called the customer service number, and the rep who told me that the personal information should have auto-filled, and that  they don't know why this is happening. They did not offer a solution, and said it's not a bad thing to have to enter everything again "because at least you know who you are". I am extremely disappointed in these responses! After 8 years with TT, if I have to start over and reenter everything from scratch, I might as well look at other online tax preparation companies.
