I have two first names. What if my W2 only shows one of them?

My first name consists of two words that aren't hyphenated so the second part of my first name is often left out. My current W2 form only shows the first part of my first name and the second word is left out - can I still file my tax return or do I have to get a new W2 form from my employer?

You may still file, but I would use the name indicated on your social security card.
