I have two children, daughter is 5 years old and my son was born in May 2018. I am seeing only $2000 as child tax credit. I thought the amount should be $2000 per child.

I did enter the details of both my children in the my info page.

Make sure that you indicate that your son lived with you all 12 months of 2018, even though he was born during the year.
